  1. There are quite a few.

    Google "Fighter Wings"

or go to the AFlink, sites, and go down the list of bases, looking for fighter wing

There used to be a map... still searching for it!

  2. Many bases have F-16's as we have about 1300 of them in our Air Force. I know Elemdorf  Alaska is a major hub though. This is not OPSEC, it says so on the Air Force website for everyone to see.

  3. Edwards AFB in Cali, Mojave Desert, my daughter was stationed there in 1999.

  4. Your base personnel (CBPO) assignments section will know.  Visit them.

  5. the air force might know, maybe check the yellow pages

  6. Domestic regular Air Force bases with F-16s are:

Edwards AFB, California (near Edwards, CA)

Eglin AFB, Florida (near Valparaiso, FL)

Eielson AFB, Alaska (near Fairbanks, AK)

Hill AFB, Utah (near Ogden, UT)

Luke AFB, Arizona (near Phoenix, AZ)

Nellis AFB, Nevada (near Las Vegas, NV)

Shaw AFB, South Carolina (near Sumter, SC)

While there are other bases with F-16s, those units are either Guard or Reserves. Your biggest F-16 bases are Shaw, near Sumter, SC and Hill, near Ogden, UT.

  7. There's usually at least one or two F-16's on every base.  Your husband will go where he's needed.  Just take it all in stride.  It's something you'll have to get use to.

  8. anyone anwsering your question is wrong. that information should not be talked about on the internet. good luck. you can get someone killed, posibly your husband.

  9. Edwards Airforce base is located in MA check it out! GOOD LUCK!
