At that speed, there are many, many general aviation aircraft with that configuration.

You should most likely hear the sound of the propeller as it came by, as apposed to the jet sound.

I am in the US and am not sure what the prevelent manufacturer is over there so can't give you anything very specific.

Most of the aircraft has as it is called position lights but the one in the front is the nose taxi or runway lights which is steady unlike the left and right plus the tail are strobe lights.

2 lights on the wing are called landing lights. the lights on the wheels are called taxi lights, you turn both on when landing.
