  1. I've flown that flight (Only from Idaho Falls) both the minn. and denv. airports are fun.  They have fun shops to kick around in and just watching the people is fun.  Take a good 15 minute walk..you're body will fell better and you will be energized.  either way..you are closer to one layover at the start orcloser to the one on the return trip.  Chew gum.. have some muching candy or something to eat.  Enjoy the trip...airline travel (inspite of everything you hear..) is really easy, and fun.

Just make sure you have your driv. licence.. and yur boarding pass...which you get oline by going to the the airline you are ticketed through..type in your flight # or ticket# (can't be more than 24 hours before sch. departure.) and wahlaaa coarding pass is printed.  Thats'all you need..besides your licence.  Have fun...enjoy beingon your own...this is good for you!!  Ã¢Â™Â¥  As far as airlines go...I usually pick Delta or United..but again, I don't think there's a lot of difference..enjoy!

  2. As a frequent flyer I would rate your choices in terms of service as Continental, United and Northwest. If you choose Continental I think you may have 2 stops. Do you want a to fly in a larger or smaller plane?

I think United is a better option if you want bigger. You will fly in a 757 and 737 in lieu of the DC9 and A319. Denver's airport is modern and easy to naviate. MSP & DTW both are newer and easy to get around. I choose the type of plane to fly in rather than the airport as an airport is an airport and they all amazingly sell items to drink and eat.

Depending on when you go weather may be a factor but all three airports will pretty much be the same this time of year.

As for being calm. Listen to your iPod watch your movies and take in the sights (if you desire a window seat). a FYI that I seem to forgrt often is to not bring your beverage of choice through security. I often have had to down it before I can proceed.

  3. I'd go with virgin lol, but go with your gut feeling, i used to fly jetstar, but now they crashed and are unrelkiable. You could go with quantas, but i think they're only aussie.

  4. I HATE FLYINH, I USUALLY HAVE TO TAKE ANXIETY PILL, BUT CONTINENTIAL, SOUTHAST WE TOOK TO VEGAS IT WAS  HORIBLE, IT SCARED ME AND AIR TRAN IS VERY GOOD, PERSONAL, INFACT THE THE PILOT KNEW I WAS SCARED AND CAME AND TALKED TO ME B4 TAKEOFF, I HAD TLC ON MY PROFILE AND IT WAS THE BEST FLIGHT , CHEAPEST TOO

  5. Minneapolis and Denver are both great airports.  Both are real big, but if your layover is long, it won't be a problem trying to get from one gate to the other.  I'd say Denver is much more scenic, but Minneapolis may have more to do.  It depends what you're looking for.

As far as airline choice goes, I've never had a problem with United.  I think all airlines nowdays do a real good job though, so I'd take whichever saves you the most money.

    Have a great trip!

  6. Either are fine airports.  I guess weather, to some extent, may be a consideration.  I fly from Baltimore to Fargo, with a plane change in Minneapolis.  It's a real hike to get to the connection--Minneapolis has expanded so much in the last 20 years.  Basically, an airport is an airport.  Program the airlines into your cell phone and make sure you have a major credit card with you that you can use in case of flight difficulties.  Bring a book, maybe a neck pillow, some of your favorite snacks.  They don't feed you much  on the airplane.  Have fun.

  7. fly jet blue! every seat has its own tv with directv, most leg room in coach of any airline, and there are no middle seats

  8. I like Denver better, and Minni often has poor weather.  Of course, either could have a snowstorm.  I would pick Denver.  Just my personal opinion.
