Which airline is better to work for as an pilot British Airways or Virgin Atlantic?

In my future im planing to become an airline pilot but im confused right now because i don't know which airline is better to work for as an co-pilot BA or Virgin Atlantic. Please tell me. and can you also tell me the pay as well.

As a Virgin Pilot you have to learn to say snide remarks about other airlines during your announcements, especially BA.  Small man syndrome?  Hmmm
