Which airlines allow 2 checked bags free of charge?? I know Southwest does but does anyone else??

Southwest won't be for much longer.  The fuel hedge they bought is due to run out, and then they'll be like everyone else.

Passengers whined and moaned about air fares and airlines have gone out of business because of trying to keep their fares low.

Take less luggage, or pay up.

west jet does i know because i fly with them often...they are great and they tell a joke at the end and beginning i think to of the flight<3

Nope. I'm flying delta and I was all prepared to pay their $25 2nd checked bag fee, but just today they changed that fee to $50. I'm traveling light this time.

Due to the increase in fuel prices I don't think there's any way of getting around it.  Just you wait, Southwest will be raising it's prices soon too.  They made a smart bet on gas prices so right now they're buying all of their fuel at $40 a barrel or something ridiculously low compared to now.

I dunno about other airlines but continental allows you to check 1 free baggage.
