  1. It really depends on what you mean by easier and where in Chicago you're going.  O'hare is bigger and it is usually cheaper to fly into.  Midway is smaller and is located closer to downtown.  O'hare is more crowded, but it also has a bigger variety of shops and restaurants.  I'd just go with whichever one is cheaper, or whichever one is closer to your destination if the cost is comparable.

  2. Flying into O'Hare is VERY easy! Probably one of my favorite airports in the states, beside Denver International.

Although, I have never flown into Midway, I could asume it would be a headache getting in and out of that little place.

One other plus is the inetrstates going in and out of O'Hare. I-90 and I-294 run right around O'Hare making it easy to get where your going faster.

  3. Along with Dulles (serving Washington D.C.) O' Hare is one of the nations furthest airports from a city over 25 miles away. ground transportation would take nearly an hour to downtown. Midway is 8 miles from downtown. on the other hand it may be easier to find service to O' Hare.

  4. Fly into Midway if you can.  The flights into and out of Midway are usually on time or close to it.  O'hare has too many delays.  Lots more walking to do in that airport too.  I live near chicago and have flown in and out of both.  Midway is my favorite.

  5. Midway is a MUCH smaller airport so, especially if you're connecting, its easier.  If Chicago is your final destination you may want to consider where you're staying to see which is closer though both airports have subway "el" transportation to downtown.  If you're cabbing it with luggage, Midway is closer to downtown and thus cheaper by cab,

  7. ohare, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

  8. Midway is easier, it's smaller and in terms of being picked up it's easier for the person picking you up to circle the airport at Ohare it's impossible. Some people are even choosing to fly into Gary, it's not very far from chicago and is a much less busy airport.

  9. midway, no question. less traffic, it's a smaller airport.

  10. I like Midway better. It's much smaller, usually less crowded, and easier to navigate.

  11. ohare... its so good its on the monopoly here and now edition

  12. Depends on where you are going to in the city.  Cab prices are usually a little more money from O'Hare and that airport can be more congested.  You can take public transportation (the "L") from either airport.

  13. ohare hands down.

  14. ohare is better.

  15. Midway it's smaller and more assessable. I left out of O'Hare this summer going to Cali...didn't like it.
