Which amp has more honest output power?

which is honestly going to put out more power to my subs a sony xm-1652z or a bazooka EL2150. i have both. picked up both amps for under 30 bucks for both! now the web says the bazooka puts out 160x2 channels and the sony says 165x2 channels but which is telling more of the truth. i have heard the rated power from sony and bazooka is wrong and they both dont put out what they say they do so which is going to give my 2, 4ohm sony subs more power?

Any amp that's CEA-2006 compliant will push the watts stated.

Sony just happens to be a CEA-2006 compliant amp.
