    Yes, it is Cro-Magnon because that is a just a different name for modern humans living in Europe in the Palaeolithic.

    But why are other out of the question?

    1) Anasazi - the Anasazi refers to the culture of the Ancient Pueblo People that lived in the American Southwest a few thousand years ago.

    That is way too recent AND on a different continent.

    2) Aboriginal - you're probably refering to the indigenous peoples of Australia. Wrong continent yet again.

    3) As for the Neanderthals - they actually are on the right continent, but the Lascaux is dated roughly to 13 000 BC. Neanderthals had gone extinct way before that - about 28 to 30 thousand B.C.

    I don't think it's enough to just know the right answer - you have to understand why the other choices aren't right. That puts the information into context.
