Which and should group homes or long term care places be allowed to deny admission to anyone?

Regardless of the reasons. At the hospital I work at their are several patients that are hard to place because of poor behavior. Do you think that reinstating mental institutions would help? Having these patients stay at hospitals is not fair for the patient in question, the hospital, or the tax payer.

group homes have to have some say. if th eperson is mean or can't be taken care of they will be out of it yes they have the right and they can. if hosp have nutsy people yes but they dont' do this any more. they do have wards where there are people that need to be there and sedated. but that isnt' for long either. i am not sure what you are getting at.
