A mix of Pork beef and occasionally veal. Peperidge farm makes the best bratwursts.

A bratwurst is a sausage composed of pork, beef, and sometimes veal. If you get a real bratwurst in Germany it will usually be grilled and eaten in a roll with a beer - yum!

Ever heard of a spoiled brat? Actually bratwurst is a mixture of meat, filler and spices, tastes great, looks great when cooked, but you don't want to know what's in it.

it comes from brats and in fact only from the worst brats - hence the name!!!

not all of whom are small children (who at least have an excuse!)
