Which animal has the ablity to influnce human with their generated frequency?

Heard that either skunk or badger has that ablity. People in China are afraid of them. Is it true?

I'm trying to figure out what "generated frequency" might mean, and failing.

Skunks merrily offend animals (including humans) that provoke them by squirting foul smelling chemicals from a gland.  They never do this in China, seeing as they don't live there.  Badgers try to keep themselves to themselves as much as possible.  I've never heard of any humans suffering from some form of badger-phobia.

If by frequency you mean like emitted frequency either by a emitter on the body our via voice then a skunk or badger doesn't have either i'm pretty sure. You may be looking at a bat which emits high pitched freqency waves to travel around as it has no eyes. Is that the sort of thing you were asking?
