Nothing is faster than a cheater. A cheater can tell you his speed is 45 mph and he is the fastest. Then if you tell him something is faster, he tells you he mis-spoke and he meant to say 145 mph. He cheats!

if this is only land then yes cheetah is the fastest but if not then its the Peregrine Falcon.
