Which animal is the best fighter?

1 on 1. Straight up fight. Hippo? Polar Bear? Silverback Gorilla? It would suck to actually see this happen, but it's cool to contemplate.

Cats. Any type, pound for pound the best martial artists in the animal world..........unless the fight is in water, then killer whale.

Yea full grown elaphant idk that silverback is tuff...I mean if it had some slightly evolved intelligence he could use weapons or out manuever it lol but if not no.

It was always known that the Felines (Cat family) are the strongest fighters ever.

Ranging from Domesticated cats, to Lynx cats, and ending at Pantherine cats, they proved to be the fastest, the wisest, the smartest and most accurate among other animals.

Simply check youtube for vidoes like Caracal vs 3 Hyenas and the Caracal won, and 2 Lions vs group of wild dogs and the lions won, Cougar vs one of the largest Bears ever and the Cougar won, small Leopard vs large Hyena and the Leopard still won, Caracal vs two Jackals and the Caracal won, Tiger vs Indian Elephant and the Tiger got the Elephant's neck from one fast move, I mean, guys, cats r simply a miracle from God.

Technically, I don't think a full-grown male elephant would lose a fair fight against any other land-dwelling animal. Unless, maybe, if the animal was poisonous.
