Which animals do people use? How?

Question

This is a two part question. The first part is which animals, Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Nematoda, Mollusca, Annelida, Echinodermata, Arthropods, or Chordata, do people use? And how do people use them?

Horses are used for personal pleasure, sports, the love and friendship, work, etc.

We use hundreds if not thousands of these animals.   Porifera for sponges, Annelida for fish bait, etc.    The list is too long for me to bother with.   You can think of many by yourself.

This is really random but people in Venezuela eat tarantulas, which are arthropods.
