Great horned owls have the best eyesight ever. Imagine its sunday morning and you go get the paper and a beach chair. You set up the beach chair right under the goal post and the paper right under the other end 50 yards away. If you were a Great Horned Owl you could read every single word of that paper. They could even do it in the dark.

Eagles, both Golden and Bald, also have very keen eyesight.

Owls have the best eyesight. They can see a mouse in near pitch black from hundreds of feet away. Pretty impressive I'd say.

Any nocturnal animal can see much more of the spectrum than we can.

Depends on what environment they live in. Eagles, hawks, and falcons have great eyesight for when they are high in the sky. Octopi have great eyes for being underwater.
