Which anime series should I watch next?

Question

I would love some recommendations of high quality, dramatic, action-packed, and perhaps romantic and funny series. I’m not very picky at all, but I must be able to watch the series online (a link would be much appreciated!).

I’ve just recently begun dabbling in anime, so pretty much everything I haven’t seen. I just finished off Vampire Knight and loved it, so a recommendation of similar series (perhaps vampire or even super powers themed?) would be appreciated.

I've never been into much anime, but my friend Megan is a huge fan of the show Inuasha (spelling? sorry!) I've watched it with her a couple times, and although it seems confusing, it seems like a really interesting series to get into. Paradise Kiss, Fruits Basket, and Naruto were some pretty good ones I liked. But I also highly reccommend you watch a Japanese drama called "Hana Yori Dango"...I can't get enough of that show! Good luck! :)

Watch Lovely Complex! It's a comedy/romance. its not like the one you said you finished watching...but i found it to be an extraordinary anime!:D every friend i've shown it to loves it, even my boyfriend...haha!

Euch, I never watched the anime of Vampire Knight, though I do read it. If you like that you'll probably enjoy a lot of shojo series. That really isn't my taste and a lot of shojo these days doesn't seem to incorporate a lot of action. You may like .hack or Inu Yasha-those are popular, but not shojo. If you lik action you really should go with shonen, which usually isn't romantic or funny. Going with high quality, dramatic and action-packed I recommend Death Note highly.

Yes! Vampire Knight is excellent. So good its one of a kind...unfortunately.

Nonetheless I support Silk in saying Death Note.

Death note is less romantic orientated (only deficit) But is enthralling with its drama and clever interplay.

I've never watched those b/c I'm not into that genre, but I heard they were good. Hmmm, romantic and funny? I love those!! Here are good ones:

-daa daa daa (a.k.a. ufo baby) -more comedy, but there is romance...

-tokyo mew mew

-ouran high school host club- not really romantic, but I'm sure u'll love it.

-Full moon o sagashite-never watched, but heard it was a must-see

-Azumanga Daioh- english dub is good, not romantic but very funny

-Ichigo Mashimaro- genre is the same as Azumanga Daioh

try watching inuyasha its on adult swim, u'll notice its inuyasha because the main character has a red robe white long hair and dog ears and plus ull hear them call him inuyasha i hope u enjoy the show here is a link to the show it shows u the characters and every thing

lol one of the underdog animes is a personal favorite of mine yu yu hakashow. Its pretty decent quality, it can be very dramatic if u get into it and is full of action. And has some side of romance and occasional random humor. I will get link soon enough if interested. Also will give link to help find other anime that in a certain catogories.

ps. I also recommend melanchonly of haruhi suzumiya, I dont know how but it is rank as one of all time animes  around though is very short.
