  1. http://www.ebuyer.co.uk

search there for oem norton you will find a cheap version but do read the eula or some reviews before buying

  2. really?  NortonAV (not internet security or 360)  is only like $40.  pretty reasonable, i think. and if you have Vista, you don't need an extra Firewall or Malware defender because Vista has those built in.

  3. http://free.avg.com

    avg8.0 free

  4. I use Twister Trojan Antivirus from Beijing, China for the past ten years and have never had one virus get into my system, as their background scanner really catches any embedded virus the second you open and URL that is infected.  You only pay a one time fee of $29.99 and you will get update every four hours automatic, and all new versions for life for the one time fee.   You will be able to evaluate the full version for 31 days and then you must purchase.

  5. If your going to buy it,Then get Kapersky,Or NOD32.

If you insist on norton.Get the corporate edition. That at least wont rob your resources like the Home user program will.

  6. If you're going for cheap and effective I recommend McAfee. It comes with extras such as an internet site advisor so you're always sure of bad sites.
