Which are most respected: lawyers or estate agents?

lawyers are sometimes real estate agents

lawyers sometimes have a specialty working with peoples estates.

Although real estate agents are not lawyers they can and do represent their clients in court.

Did you mean which is most respected, lawyers or real estate agents?  Probably the same since middle and low class people generally don't like to pay anything over $10 bucks to anyone while those in the higher class respect their attorneys and real estate agents because they know what good they can do for them.

There are a million and one dead lawyer jokes, but I've never heard one about real estate agents. That tells you all you need to know. People have no respect for lawyers and find it incredible upon meeting an ethical one.
