I put Mexico behind Argentina because if you notice in the Coa Libertadores no matter what mexican teams are playing usually all threee make it to the next round and atleast one in semi finals. Mexican league isn't like the rest in the world were 3-4 teams win every single year. Our good players are more spread out and teams are somehwat matched evenly. Brazil sends their talent to europe to early for it to really flourish in brazil. I didn't put scotland on there because besides Celtic and Rangers the rest of the teams are horrible and i dont think you should rank a league on just one team but as a whole. Mexico deserves to be up there because like i said no matter what team is playing in what competition we always do good. After brazil i would say its between turkey or russia
