Dim sum are those little pancakes which are quite nice but a bit plain. Seaweed is a good low fat option but it's really salty so it makes you drink more!  Spring rolls are probably the most popular and can be filled with all sorts of things such as prawns, chicken, veg etc.  Prawn toasts with sesame seeds on top taste nice, but if you are a meat freak (i.e. a bloke!) go with spare ribs!
