I have recently suffered a serious finger injury playing a football match, and have decided that I am going to buy a pair of goalkeeper gloves that have some form of finger protection, to protect the injured finger, and to also help prevent future injuries.

I am aware of very good gloves on the market such as the ‘Adidas Fingersave Alround’, and the ‘Puma v-Konstrukt’, but can anyone give me any personal experiences with gloves that have finger protection, and help me to find the best pair.

Thanks

  1. Forget Nike Kraken Elite - they are thin, wear out quickly, although they do let you feel the ball, but hopeless for protection.

Instead try Nike vapor Grip 3 - this glove, unlike many others, lasted my ex b/f, a top level keeper, for 2 great years.  They have great grip, and protect like no other!

  2. The Nike Ones !!!
