  1. I would say Bangsar and Mont Kiara/Hartamas. Both fave of expats, convenient with lots of restaurants, watering holes, international school & amenities. You'll probably meet many of your countrymen here!

Others would be areas around Mutiara Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara Perdana for the same reasons and also that these locations are close to malls, cinemas, hypermarkets, gyms, etc.

  2. I would love to recommend you to live in these neighborhoods as they are popular among the expats-

    Kenny Hills aka Bukit Tunku

Bukit Damansara aka Damansara Heights http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bukit_Daman...

    Sri Hartamas http://srihartamas.com/

Apartment rentals starts from RM4,000 and above

House: Most houses in this area are Bungalows with rentals starts from RM15,000 & above

  3. Hi ,

What is your budget? Most of the house for expat living here is spacious . And it has from 3 - 5 rooms on average .

I would recommend the are of Damansara Heghts , Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Ampang. These area are about 5 - 8 km from the city centre.

  4. Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

  5. Taman tun dr. ismail and petaling jaya..

  6. TTDI

    PEACE =D

  7. i have to say Bangsar and Bukit Damansara have the best neighbourhoods and also d**n expensive too...

Mutiara Damansara is also a good place, the security is ok and the rental would be RM600++ monthly (need to survey first)

and very convenient too as near to The Curve, IKEA....

Damansara Perdana very good but expensive...

if you have tight budget, can check out at Flora Damansara (near Damansara Perdana) where the apartment will be RM400-RM600 per month....but the security is quite low and packed too....hard to find parking unless you had bought the parking space...

so there are pro and cons depend on your budget where you are planning to stay....

  8. Before I could dispense advice, let us know your budget.
