  1. The first person is correct in the case of Indian nationals

    Some non-EU countries (e.g. USA, Australia, Canada) operate the Visa Waiver Program whereby nationals can vist each other's country's as a tourist for 90 days, and do not need a visa

    However, Indian passport holders require a visa to visit Europe, and yes this includes Croatia http://croatia.visahq.com/requirements/I...
