Which are the flowering plant and moss that can stand cold most?

At what lowest temperature can they survive?

For late-blooming flowers, I like the pop of colorful mums...you'd be looking for Hardy mums.  They bloom in the fall and can last through several light frosts.

As for mosses, they pretty much go dormant after a hard frost, but come back in the spring.
