my answer goes with Lady J  & Annettep because I am also a server in resto. Adding juice to vodka is purely a personal choice so mixing depends upon what fruit a person likes but mostly with orange juice but I also served vodka with lemonade or 7up

Almost any, surely OJ,grapefruit, pineapple,and cranberry.  Oddly, grapejuice has never been featured in bar cocktails(to my knowledge. Raspberry seems like it would be good.

Skrew driver: Vodka, OJ

Greyhound: Vodka, grapefruit

Salty Dog: Same as above but salt the rim of the glass

Bloody mary: Vodka, Bloody Mary mix ( made from Tomato juice )

Purple Jesus: Vodka, Grape juice and a dash of Everclear
