In temperature???  I love San Felipe, Mexico.  It's not far from the border, and it's not too hot in temperature at that time of year - or too crowded.  It is the perfect temperature, quiet, relaxing, secluded beaches.  Mexican food.  Clear skies, day and night.  Bright stars.  No humidity.  Gorgeous sunsets, huge low tide which reflects the colors of the sky.  Perfect.
