Winnipeg is primarily English-speaking, however we do have some strong French communities.  

Canada's official languages are English and French, so all Civic/Provincial/Federal services are available in either language.

Well for starters Winnipeg is a city, lol

I would say that we would be mainly English and French, but we have a large immigration population from all over the world so I would think that it will be changed soon. With having all the new cultures coming to Winnipeg it is making our city a wonderful place to live.
