Which are your favorite Italian meals?

Mine are the old fashioned spaghetti and meatballs, pizza, fettuccine alfredo, and linguine with clam sauce.

I like a meatball sandwich with provolone, and also thin spaghetti with shrimp, yellow peppers, sauteed onions and cherry tomatoes,

Then there's fried and breaded eggplant slices with bread crumbs  and vegetable minestrone soup accompanied by garlic bread and black and green olives.

I love shells stuffed with cheese and spaghetti and marinara sauce.  Pizza is great, too.

I LOVE manicotti, lasagna, bruschetta, gnocchi, ravioli, and there is NOTHING better than homemade pasta.A  nice piece of Mozzarella( fresh and still milky) with some procioutto, tomato, and fresh basil and drizzled with olive oil and a little salt. Also can't forget the Lemoncello!! Mangia Mangia!! Good Luck and Happy Feasting!!!
