Ramavaram: 7.3 million sq. ft.

Guindy: 3.5 million sq. ft.

Ascendas Industrial Park: 1.0 million sq. ft.

Mahindra Industrial Park: 1.0 million sq. ft.

City: 0.2 million sq. ft.

Ambattur: 0.2 million sq. ft.

This is probably mainly office space. But residential growth will be around these areas.
