Which area is nicer between lake sherwood and coto de caza ?

Both are in California and about the same distance from the Pacific ocean as well.

Lake sherwood is a gated community with between 600 and 700 homes. This is an upscale area worth 1000 oaks being the close commercial and shopping area. Coto De Caza is much larger community, about 4000 families but it does have 2 golf courses. This is still nice but not as upscale as Lake Sherwood. Most of it comes down to the home values, gated vs planned community, and size 650 to 4000. It still is a personal answer. View them both, especially during rush hour.pp
