  1. I used to live in St. John's Wood in London. It is a lovely place to live in. But perhaps its little too expensive. If you are looking for good quality facilities, amenities & services..this place is definately for you.

  2. Well the best places to live in London are in the South West and the very central Mayfair. In the South West you have such places as Kensington, Chelsea, Richmond and the far away Hampton, all these places are very up market, with Richmond and Hampton being the cheapest to get a house or flat because they are the furthest out of London. Anywhere in the center is very expensive but extremly safe as there are so many people about, with so many transport links and other things to do such as shop, theaters and more.

Out of the three that you have mentioned I would say Barbican & Clerkenwell are the best places to live as they are very central, but because of this the prices for houses and flats will be extremly high, Finsbury is near Islington which it's too bad. If I had to pick one without money being a problem I would pick Clerkenwell as it is the furthest in the center giving you so much things to do.

I live in Kensington and I love it here, it is very central with Hyde Park very nearby also with the smaller Holland Park.

    Hope This Helps
