Hi, I was just wondering which is the best place to take accomodation in london as a student. I don't mind travelling but safety is a major requirement as well as fair proximity to high street shops and fast food. I heard that wood green was ok but the problem is that I cannot find student hostels around there. Most of these are either around central london (which means that it costs a lot) or Hackney (which has been blacklisted as far as safety is concerned).
