Which areas in north london are considered as having nice neighbourhood and being safe?

I am not looking for the areas which are too expensive. Anything between 200,000 pounds to 250,000 pounds would be good. Thanks.

Personally, if I had that type of money, I'd be looking at N4, preferably the Islington side of the road, just off Tollington Park or up the Ferme Park Road (Haringey, think I could make the sacrifice) but that's just my opinion:
