  1. Left arm should be straight on the back swing, and the right arm should be straight until shortly after impact. But this is only one way of ball striking, you can see by watch golf on TV that not many people use straight arm swings.

  2. your swing is a mirror image it should be exactly the same on the backswing to the followthrough think of it as a mirror.

  3. Check out Tiger in "The Perfect Swing"

  4. your left arm should be straight, with a bend in your right, hands as far from your chest as you tolerate, on the follow through you want the opposite, you want to try to chake hands with the target )

  5. The right and left arm should BEGIN the backswing in a lightly-firm manner, with the arms comfortably straight. As the take-away develops the right arm will bend. Where the elbow goes varies with each player. Once the back-swing is "finished" the body will "uncoil" with the left arm comfortably firm. At impact, both arms should be extended and the right hand will take over. The right hand should "flip over" or pronate at impact as if a door was closing through the ball. This is your "power" move. The longer you can delay that snap through the ball, the more speed you will develop. Now, the club, hands, and arms should "chase" down the line slightly , then begin to finish in a high position, hopefully. At this point, both arms will be bent. Of course, all of this varies with every different player, but is basically the sequence.
