Which artist is this?! Driving me nuts!?

There was a movie made about her with Nicole Kidman in it(I think it was about her anyways) , I'm pretty sure her name was Diane. She was a photographer and mostly worked with black & white. I know she killed herself. I can only think of two of her photos, one of a woman swallowing a sword at a fair, and another of a boy with a toy grenade. Help?
