Which australian university is the best for an international undergraduate student?

I'm a bangladeshi student. I want to study in undergraduate level in Australia in engineering or something else related to physics. I have no idea about job opportunities in Australia. I know the top universities. Can anyone suggest me a good university from where i can get a good job. Also think about scholarship opportunities and living conditions. It'll be hard for me if it's a top ranking uni. put these into consideration as well. Can someone help me out please?
