Which ayah in the Quran says it's haraam to harm ones' self?

The ayah 68 of Chapter 25 (al-Furqan).  The english translation of the Ayah is as follows:-

And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden (to be killed), except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse.  And whoever will do that will meet a penalty.

The words "kill the soul which Allah has forbidden (to be killed), except by right" is one of the relevant ruling.  The Ayah 2:195 quoted by other answerers is also relevant.

(4:29) O you who believe, do not consume each others' properties illicitly - only mutually acceptable transactions are permitted. You shall not kill yourselves. GOD is Merciful towards you.

(4:30) Anyone who commits these transgressions, maliciously and deliberately, we will condemn him to h**l. This is easy for GOD to do.

The verse is given above, Yet you should know that it is very nature of us to avoid any harm.

Only abnormals can harm his/her own body.
