  1. deeefinitely alfred

alfie is such a cute nickname as well for a little boy - and totally cool for a teenager (particularly among the sloane world...)

  2. eather way that poor kid is going to get torcherd!!!! because of its name!!!

  3. Sorry I don't like either.

  4. Alfred, definitely. I like this name. My favourite uncle's name is Alfred (often shortened to Alfie), and he's never gotten any schtick about it, so I'm not sure why people think someone with this name would be 'torchered' (tortured). Unless someone decided to stick it on a little girl in hopes that it'll be unisex.

  5. John

  6. both would be good as a second name but i think i prefer wilfred purely because you can shorten it too will(very popular because of prince william),

  7. Alfred, you could call him Alfie. :D.

  8. Definitely Alfred!

  9. how bout william then you can still call him with or billy for short alfred sounds like an 80 yearold unless thats what you want

  10. neither.

    i like alfred better tho.

    poor kid.

  11. Alfred - or Alfie - is now ubiquitous. It has no class or style to it any more.

So, Wilfred is a much better bet. It is a good name.

  12. Alfred or Wilfred? Oh, mercy. Those really are better on a dog.

There are so many lists of baby names online - why not do more checking?

  13. Ugh, neither.

  14. I like Wilfred better...you can call him Will for short.

  15. Neither

  16. none, imagine growing up these days

  17. Nonefred

If you want a good English name, how 'bout Henry?
