This is a hard one...I LOVE carrot cake and I have yet to find the perfect one...BUT, Cheesecake Factory has a delicious carrot cake cheesecake. It is SO GOOD!!! Its the perfect combination of cheesecake and moist carrot cake.

The other bakery is in Los Gatos called Icing on The Cake.....that one is real good too.
