Sorry, all banks must collect the service charges, as per Reserve Bank guide lines. Plus they have to collect " Service Tax " of 12.36% on the amount they collect as the service charge. The percentage of service charge may differ from Bank to Bank with min of 1% to 2.5%. Hence select the one which charges the minimum / lowest.
