Which bank offers the best business bank account in Canada?

I already have a business bank account and can accept visa and other credit cards over the phone - all is working well except I seem to be paying a large amount of fees - can anyone recommend a bank or finacial institution that has low fees? Remeber this is in Canada and its a business account. I'm currently paying about 3.5% on my credit card transaction because they are over the phone and the bank says those are higher risk then the traditional way in person payments and hense the higher fee. Is there a web site for comparing business bank accounts for Canadians?
