  1. depends on your job title... being in the banking industry for over three years I've seen many come and go and heard differences between the companies. If you are looking for a job that is not sales orientated within the branches credit unions generally are a good place to start. in regards to the giants of banking chase bank pays it's employees best based on performance. each item sold gets a profit and the individual is paid for it at the end of each month...I know bofa and wells have quarterly bonuses that are shared with everyone and the amount is nothing compared to chase...so I've heard. starting pay though chase isn't the highest. From hearings I've heard overall chase is the best company to work for as far as taking care of their employees so if you can get in, start there...but if you are say a student or something I know chase only does tuition reimbersement for business majors and you have to stay with them for so long before it's actually completely free...whereas wells and bofa reimberse anything...but I've heard those policies are soon to change too...so hope this answers the question...any others or indepth regarding this question just shoot me an email
