Which bank should I work for US Bank or Wells Fargo?

I have heard that Wells Fargo is cut throat and very tough on their employees, but they pay quite a bit more then US Bank (Wells Fargo starts at $18hr and US starts at $14hr). US Bank seems to be very good to their employees but pay alot less. Any feedback would be great!

It just depends on whats more important to you. I personally prefer a low stress environment over more money. With hard work you'll make that kind of money in the end, but the daily stress you endure due to a company that is "cut throat & very tough on their employees" may not end up worth the money a few months in to your job.
