Which banks in the south offer an account in which teens can open a credit account.?

i am a teen in the south and i am just looking for a bank that can let my mom open an account for me. yes i know how to manage money. my mom trusts me enough to get one

  1. None.

    No bank will give a teen under the age of 18 a credit account unless you get your parent or guardian to co-sign. A minor's signature is not sufficient for credit. Most banks will let you get a credit account IF you mother co-signs (assuming your mother qualifies for the credit).


  2. Your Mom can open an account for you to maintain.  This is a very good idea for future use.
