Which bass amp should i buy?

Question

i have a choice between a used Fender RBX 200W Bass Amp(six years old)

or

a brand new Hollinger 65W bass amp

the fender amp has static on the first channel but thats pretty much it

Get the Fender.  Try cleaning the staticy connector with a bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip.  That might fix it.  All amp connectors and cable connectors should be cleaned often.  Dirty connectors cause a lot of hums and buzzes.
