  1. No idea except for Dravid and Jaffer. What to do, a fact is a fact.

  2. Akash Chopra ??

Sadagopan Ramesh, Rahul Dravid, Sachin at times, Ganguly (Known for it).

  3. RAHUL DRAVID = INDIA

  4. RAVI SHASTRI AND RAHUL DRAVID.

  5. of course rahul dravid

  6. course Rahul Dravid.....any doubts? :)

  7. Dravid

  8. The first name which comes to my mind is "Rahul Dravid"! He is very slow and defences a lot and that is why he is known as 'the wall'! The other person who used to leave a lot of deliveries is Geoff Boycott from England!

  9. Suprisingly, it is Tendulker.

  10. A good test opener leaves a lot of deliveries outside off stump in the beginning.Even aggressive batsmen like Hayden and Gayle leave a lot of deliveries in the beginning in test cricket.

If the bowler is not aiming the stumps then i think most of the openers would leave the deliveries except guys like Sehwag and Sehwag who like to have a go at the ball outside off stump.

In the middle Dravid,Kallis,Misbah are the guys who may do that. They are slow starters.Misbah if you have notices starts slowly and when he settles then he starts playing shots.

  11. Rahul dravid!

  12. in past ravi shastri and now all r right dravid.

  13. so much patience is only in dravid

and if you ask an old player then it would be sunil gavaskar

  14. Chris Hooray Hooray Tavaré

Everything about Chris Tavaré annoyed the Australians in the early 1980s, right down to his acute accent: he was the antithesis of their idea of a cricketer. An Oxford graduate, rather silent, effete-seeming, he simply refused to get out of their way and batted for hours, even days. The energy other players put into their strokes Tavaré expended by walking halfway to square-leg after every delivery. He could play shots and was particularly effective at smashing off-spinners over the top. But he didn't like to let on and rarely got the opportunity in Test cricket: though he much preferred to bat No. 3

    .

  15. Sunil Gavaskar & now Sachin !

  16. VVS Laxman..

Cant neglect the fact that both Laxman and Dravid are stylish batsmen..They'll score runs mostly by hitting boundaries in a stylish manner which is a treat to watch..

  17. the wall ............
