Which battery charger is better?

Is an A/C or USB charger better to get? How long do the batteries last before they need charging? Based on 850 mAh, 1,000 mAh, 2500 mAh. How many times can they be charged? This is for AAA batteries. New to me so please help. Where can I find this info?

The one that can give an optimum charging current to the batteries.

Battery life will depend on the charge carraying capacitor and their loads. The higher the mAH is, the longer its life.
