coffee has more caffeine and usually if the coffee is flavored such as French vanilla it will have more caffeine and more sugar.

Coffee has more caffeine than tea. It has nothing to do with brand. The way it is brewed will.

Green/White tea has 30mg

Black/Red tea has 50mg

Coffee starts at 85mg
