I own a Trek and a Canondale, among other more "high-priced" bikes, and I can say that Trek and Canondale are just as good as any of those "high-priced" bikes that I got made to my specifications for racing, so, Trek and Canondale do it for me. God Bless you.

Kona is the best. But Rocky Mountain is Canadian so there cool too

Kona. None of those dumb brands. Specialized has some nice bikes, but Kona is the best!

I prefer the Gary Fisher bikes. Konas are nice.

First off depends on the kind of bike: road, commuter, mtb ... but ok, IMHO:

Haro = never heard of 'em

Bell = I have a helmet and a jersey by them. Bikes???

Giant = love my '80's lugged steel Giant road bike

Seattle Bike Supply = never heard of them.

Iron Horse = eh, used be good, not now

Quality = never heard of 'em

Specialized = make some nice bikes

Cannondale = ditto

K2 = ditto

Trek/Fisher = ditto

Raleigh USA/Diamond Back = ditto especially Raleigh

Pacific Cycle LLC = never heard of them

+1 on Kona, & Surly both offer good value, nice solid bike.

imn quilty im talking about mountain bikes

haro= heavey bikes to me

bell= they sell bikes  idk

giant= makes the frames for most bike companys

seattle bike supply =never heard of it

iron horse= strong bikes

quailty= never heard of it

specialized= fast light bikes but expensive

cannondale= i dont like them to much i mean look at there hardtails stupid ideas

k2= never heard of it

trek/fisher= nice bikes just plain nice bikes

raleigh usa/diamondback=  very nice bikes for prices

pacific cycle llc= alright bikes i guess

gt= very good quilty there coming back since the last five years    my favorite bike from them is the gt peace single speed

iron horse in that list but KONA are the best.

i have both and iron horse bikes and kona bikes, they are both amazing to ride.

also orange make a lot of good bikes.
