Which big American city has the best traffic?

Question

With less traffic jams and better drivers? Is it Dallas/Ft. Worth or Portland, Oregon...or what??

Please explain...

Depends on the time.  the traffic is not bad during holiday weekend actually.  but if rush hour, you are comparing which one is not as bad.  I think all of them are horrible.  most cities didn't have any space to expand the freeway at downtown, or it is too expensive.  I used to live in Columbus, OH, they were expanding to six lanes and an extra exit on I-71 at the biggest fashion mall, but remain 3 lanes at downtown.  so, jam still a little here and there.  they just can't do much about it.  but some big cities have a subway system, it is very convenient, no need to worry about traffic.

The only one that comes to mind, just due to lanes would be Cleveland Ohio.  I really don't think big cities have good traffic, due to population.
